The Community
Mediterra is being created with the authentic rustic styles of the Italian countryside and the Mediterranean region of Europe with intimate neighborhoods connected by eight miles of walking and biking paths and a series of historically themed parks. The 1,697-acre community, located in Naples, includes up to 950 residences and more than 1,000 acres of open space.
The Homes
Mediterra offers luxury coach homes from the $600,000s, villas from the $800,000s, single-family homesites from $300,000 and custom homes from $1.3 million to more than $7 million.
The Club - Member Owned
Residents are eligible for membership in The Club at Mediterra, which offers:
- Two Tom Fazio-designed championship golf courses and a 25,000-square-foot clubhouse
- The Beach Club, located on the Gulf of Mexico at Bonita Beach, features an elevated swimming pool, expansive sundeck, and indoor and al fresco dining overlooking 200 feet of shoreline
- The Sports Club with five Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness center, three spa rooms and outdoor pool with sundeck
London Bay Homes
In late 2009, London Bay Homes acquired the remaining 50 single-family home sites in Mediterra from its original developer, the Bonita Bay Group. In doing so, the company also assumed responsibility for all sales and marketing activities on behalf of Mediterra. Today London Bay is applying its award-winning experience to the completion of Mediterra, that is acknowledged as one of the region's preeminent golf and lifestyle communities.
